Access depends on whether participation is lawful in your state or territory under local law. It is your responsibility to check before opening an account. We do not restrict access at the country level where local law permits, but we do not accept accounts from jurisdictions where it is prohibited.

Funds in a suspended account are not forfeited automatically. Our team will contact you at your registered email to explain the reason for the suspension and outline the steps needed to resolve it or arrange a withdrawal of eligible balances in line with our policy.

We update the terms when regulations change or when we add new features that affect account conditions. We post a notice on the platform and, for material changes, send an email to your registered address. Continuing to use the account after the notice period means you accept the updated terms.

Our platform terms cover the wagering side of every transaction. UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe each have their own terms as independent payment providers. By initiating a deposit or withdrawal through any of those rails, you also agree to the relevant provider's own terms and conditions.
