Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data, including your UPI and Paytm transaction history, is stored using AES-256 encryption. Stored records are accessible only to authorised internal teams with a documented business need.

Account Security Alerts

Every new login from an unrecognised device triggers an email alert to your registered address. If the login was not you, the alert contains a one-click link to lock your account immediately.

Data Retention Periods

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years after closure, in line with financial record-keeping requirements under applicable law where you are located.

Third-Party Sharing Rules

Personal data is shared with PhonePe, Paytm and UPI processors solely to complete transactions. We do not share your data with advertisers, affiliate marketers or data brokers under any circumstances.

Your Right to Correction

If any detail in your profile — name, contact number, linked PhonePe or Paytm account — is inaccurate, you can request a correction through the Help Centre and we will update the record within 48 hours.

We collect your name, email address, date of birth, contact number and, when you make a deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, the transaction references needed to process and reconcile your wallet balance accurately.

Yes. Submit a data-access request through the Help Centre ticket system or by emailing the privacy team with your registered email address. We will compile and send your full data record within five business days of receiving the request.

Send a deletion request to the privacy team via email or Help Centre ticket. Note that some financial records linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions must be retained for up to seven years under applicable financial laws, even after account closure.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Data is shared only with payment processors such as UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe, and with regulators where local law requires it.

Go to the Privacy section inside your account settings. From there you can review which cookie categories are active and withdraw consent for analytics or preference cookies while keeping session cookies that are needed to stay logged in.

Your active account data is removed from our live systems within 30 days of account closure. Financial transaction records associated with UPI, Paytm or PhonePe deposits and withdrawals are retained for up to seven years as required by law.
